This all sounds great and all, but when can you get one and how much will it cost? We're glad you asked. Samsung officially announced the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9th, 2018, in New York City. It's available for pre-order already, and will be available on August 24th. Pre-orders will arrive between the 22nd and 24th from all carriers. So, it's almost here. How much, though? Well, a lot. The Galaxy Note 9 has twice as much storage, a better S-Pen, a bigger screen, and a huge battery. As a result, it costs $999. Just like the iPhone X, only you get a lot more. You can also get the 8GB RAM and 512GB model for $1,249 if you'd like. Then add a microSD card and have a phone with 1TB of space. Insane. So, the Galaxy Note 9 is $999 and can be yours from August 24th. As a comparison, the Galaxy Note 8 arrived around the same time in 2018, with a late August release date. Most retail stores and carriers wanted $929 for the phone. These days you can find it for a few hundred off, giving you a decent chunk of savings. So, get the Galaxy Note 8 right now for around $750 if you find deals, otherwise, it's still over $900. At that price, wait a few weeks and get the better, longer lasting Note 9 for a cool Grand. | ||||||
