The Samsung Galaxy S9 will get a robust version of Android Pie, but it could instantly be overshadowed by the company's Galaxy S10 software. The company is reportedly planning an early Galaxy 10 launch in 2019. Samsung's new flagships are expected to come with several notable hardware upgrades and we expect the company to make tweaks to Android Pie and its UI. Samsung, like other Android OEMs, uses exclusive software features to help sell its new flagships and we don't expect the Galaxy S10 to be any different. Samsung will almost certainly bring some of the Galaxy S10's software features to the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, but it could take several months. If we're lucky, developers will port some of the Galaxy S10's best software features over to Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. | |||||||||||||||
