Wireless Charging & Better Battery Life

Given the average size of the battery inside both the Pixel and Pixel XL, the phones lasted longer than most on the market. Google manage to fine-tune the experience to sip on the battery while offering great performance at the same time. Still, there is always room for improvements. 

We want the Google Pixel 2 to support some sort of wireless charging system. Whether that's the same as the LG G6 and Galaxy S8 or something completely new like true wireless charging where no pads are required. 

By adding wireless charging Google will have one more feature that matches the competition and keep customers happy. If they manage to add a bigger battery and the latest Quick Charge 4.0 technology on the phone at the same time, that will be a bonus. Combine all of that with the changes in Android 8.0 Oreo to improve battery life, and buyers are in for a treat. Especially with the Pixel XL2.
