Horizon Zero Dawn DLC Delivers The Frozen Wilds

Sony just confirmed Horizon Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds, which is the first expansion for the game. Although not market as Horizon Zero Dawn DLC, this is an expansion of the story that takes you into a wintry wild wonderland full of robots that you need to take out.

There’s no word on if you can use the Horizon Zero Dawn Power Armor that you unlocked in the main story to get an edge, but there is a very good chance that you will carry over weapons and other items that you unlocked. At least we hope this is part of the Horizon Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds expansion.

The Horizon Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds release date is set for 2017, but there is no specific date for the much anticipated Horizon Zero Dawn DLC expansion.  You can watch the trailer for the new story in Horizon Zero Dawn above, which highlights a hunt and a challenge that you will need to face. You are on a search for answers in a mountain, but it is not clear where this is in the existing universe.
