iOS 9 problems started emerging for iPhone 5 users (and other users) shortly after the update's arrival on September 16th. And while Apple could have simply tacked bugs fixes onto the upcoming iOS 9.1 update, it decided to take swift action to correct its mistakes. Both iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2 wiped out some of the more glaring iOS 9 problems. Some of them more annoying than others. If you're on iOS 9 and you're noticing issues with the app cellular data settings, alarms and timers or your APN, you might want to think about downloading iOS 9.0.2.
