We’re kicking off the year at CES 2019 where the biggest companies are announcing cool tech that you can already buy. Instead of waiting months, or years, you can buy some of the this stuff today, and many of them in the coming weeks.

Here is the most exciting tech, gadgets and accessories of 2019.

Mophie Juice Pack Access iPhone Battery Cases

Mophie finally brings back the iconic battery case for the iPhone with a new model designed for the iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. You get extra battery life, a Lightning port and support for wireless charging.

The mophie juice pack access will be available during Q1 2019 at mophie for $119.95 and comes in a variety of colors, including black, stone, gold, and dark red for the iPhone Xs Max, and iPhone Xs/X, and black, blue, and red for the iPhone XR.

Apple AirPlay 2.0 On Vizio, Samsung & LG

Smart TVs are now smarter with AirPlay 2.0 integration that allows you to AirPlay movies, TV shows and music. We’re seeing this come to Samsung, LG and Vizio products.

We had a chance to check out the Vizio SmartCast 3.0 solution that includes AirPlay 2.0, HomeKit and Siri support. It’s really impressive and unlike some of the other options it’s coming to existing Vizio Smart TVs as far back as 2016 as a free update.

Arlo Ultra 4K Camera & Arlo Security System

Arlo is upgrading your home security with the new Arlo Ultra and the Arlo Security System. The Arlo Ultra is exciting because it will record and stream 4K HDR — and it includes tech that can zoom in on important items like a person or a vehicle so you get a good recording of the important stuff.

The Arlo Security System is a security system that includes a Remote Alarm key fob, an Arlo Siren and strobe and multi-purpose sensors that can track motion, light, leaks, door openings and more. The Smart Hub at the center of this can also connect to various smart home devices to mimic being home with lights and sound.

Speck Case-E iPad Case for Kids

The Speck Case-E iPad case is the ultimate case for your kid’s iPad. Bright colors, a special shock barrier and arms that kids can hold or that can secure the iPad to a car seat make this the perfect case for your kid’s iPad. The arms can also act as stands in portrait or landscape mode.

It works with the 9.7-inch iPad for the last five generations, so there is a very good chance it will fit your kid’s iPad. It arrives in Q1 2019 for $39.99.

The Ring Door View Cam is a cool new smart camera from Ring that replaces your peephole with a smart camera. This is basically a Ring Video Doorbell for your apartment or Condo, but it has a few extra features built-in.

In addition to motion alerts and ring alerts, it will detect a knock and alert you. You can watch a 1080P video feed or recorded clips from the camera. You can replace your existing Door Viewer with this without any additional tools or drilling.

The Ring Door View Cam arrives later this year for $199.

Vizio M Series With Quantum Color

Vizio announced a collection of exciting new 2019 TV models, but the 2019 Vizio M Series is the most exciting because of the value it brings and the fact that it’s an epic 4K TV that you can afford to upgrade to.

You get Quantum Color, which means a wider spectrum of colors up to 90 zones of local dimming and 600 nits peak brightness. The image quality on this set is amazing and it comes with SmartCast 3.0.

With sizes from 43 inches up to 65-inches you’ll find these TVs in stores later this year.

ZAGG Slim Book Go for the 9.7” iPad, 11” iPad Pro, and 12.9” iPad Pro

Belkin BoostCharge USB-C to Lightning Cable

Belkin’s new BoostCharge USB-C to Lightning cable is the first Apple-approved third-party solution.

When they’re released later this year (Belkin says it expects to launch sometime this Spring) you’ll finally have another option outside of Apple’s first-party cables.

Belkin’s solution ranges from $24.99 to $34.99 depending on the length (4-foot, 6-foot, and 10-foot) of the cord. And they look nice to boot.

Anker ROAV Bolt Car Charger & Google Assistant

The Anker ROAV Bolt is a USB car charger with the Google Assistant built-in. If you can’t afford to buy a new car or upgrade the stereo, this $49 device plugs into your cigarette lighter and instantly upgrades your vehicle for the modern world.

The Bolt is a typical dual USB port car charger with rapid charging, and it even has an AUX 3.5mm port for wired connections to an old-school stereo.

However, the main selling point is that it brings the power of the Google Assistant to any vehicle. Whether that’s hands-free calling, voice controls, messages, music playback, navigation and more. This neat little gadget is available to pre-order for $49.

Griffin PowerBlock Wireless Charging Pad

We still don’t know when or even if Apple will release its long-delayed AirPower solution. If you’re tired of waiting you’ll want to take a long look at Griffin’s new PowerBlock Wireless Charging Pad.

This $79.99 gadget features a Qi wireless charging pad on the left side, complete with Apple’s fast 7.5W wireless charging, and an Apple Watch charging puck on the right side.

We still don’t have an official release date but Griffin tells us the accessory will be out sometime in Q1 2019.

Otter + Pop

Popular case maker OtterBox and PopSockets have teamed up for a series of new “Otter + Pop” Symmetry cases for the iPhone.

The new cases combine OtterBox’s quality protection with a built-in PopGrip that’s compatible with PopSockets removable PopGrip. OtterBox says cases will come in a variety of colors to fit “every look, style, scene, or vibe.”

Otter + Pop cases will be available via OtterBox and PopSocket and they’ll start at $59.95. You can also buy additional PopTops for $8 apiece.
