Dark Mode for iOS 11

We use our iPhone and iPad at night a lot. The Night Shift mode helps reduce the amount of blue light and does take away the sting of some apps with loads of white backgrounds, but we still want a Dark Mode for the iPhone and iPad. 

Ideally, Apple would allow us to tie this into Night Shift or another timed setting so that it comes on automatically at night, or even in the right lighting conditions. We would love to see a per app setting toggle to enable a dark mode if the developer supports it, but that might be asking too much. 

Many third party apps already include night mode themes and some can automatically trigger based on time or light. The Reddit iPhone app, for example, includes a setting to auto enable a night theme.
