Nexus 7 2012 Android M Update

Things aren't looking good for the Nexus 7 2012. It falls well outside Google's 18 months of support guideline and rumors assert that Android Lollipop will be the end of the road for the once popular 7-inch slate.

Support for the device will reportedly end this year. We're talking system updates and we're talking security updates as well. Rumors claim that security updates for the device will cease this summer. This isn't surprising given its age.

So, at this point, if you want Android M on the Nexus 7 2012, you'd better start researching how to install ROMs because that's probably going to be the only way to get Android M features on the aging former flagship.

Not only is this terribly written (we get it, it’s unconfirmed) and in an awful slideshow format that only exists to artificial inflate page views but, actually, it contains no useful information bar a link to Android Police. Congrats.

And my Nexus 7 2013 has aguare a version of a constant female voice that that set will not work with. You cannot get to the download areas line ,that same line that has the wireless signal not to mention on 2012 version, I think, a night white star on the same line. I cannot use any of the apps on the damn thing (2013). The ability to touch all parts – any part of the xscreen is compromised. If you need to touch or go somewhere on the appscreen you are shot down period. Touch and voice cannot operate on the. Nexus 2013. ,wireless. This device that so makes my 2013 Nexus inopoerable. That voice painfully scrats at you untill all you can do is put it down and give up ever getting my newes. images. It is worthless from a suggestion while I has Norton Mobile on it.From where is not known there is not known and turned it into crap. Touch and the voice if it is from an really absurd version of. Version 6 operating system from Google is impossible to operate. If you are bored I have no phone either to check out and see!

I have a 2012 Nexus 7 that was having a lot of problems. I did a factory reset and it’s running 5.1.1. It has only been one day but so far so good.

I have a N7 tablet. Every time I try to update the software, it gives me an error. No explanation why it is not updating. I have performed a factory reset and the little robot still dies.
