This is a great reason to wait for the 2021 MacBook Pro if you use your laptop's display as your primary display or you need a great mobile display to always have on hand. 

In the newest report, we hear of a 14.1-inch MacBook that will replace the 13-inch model. This would also use the mini-LED display according to the research note. With no timeframe, we expect this in 2021 at the earliest. 

Rumors indicate that the 16-inch MacBook Pro may get the mini-LED display tech in 2020, but we don't have a specific timeframe for the smaller MacBook Pro. If you prefer the smaller laptop, then you may need to wait for a 2021 MacBook Pro.
