Samsung Galaxy Note 5: 10 Things Buyers Can Count On

Top U.S. Carriers

You can count on the Galaxy Note 5 coming to top U.S. carriers. We've already seen the Galaxy Note 5 pass through the FCC on its way to AT&T, Sprint and Verizon and we fully expect T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular to join the party.

Both have been staunch supporters of Samsung's devices and T-Mobile is now the third largest carrier in the U.S. It would be strange to see the Galaxy Note 5 miss them.

We wouldn't count on the Galaxy Note 5 heading to smaller pre-paid and regional carriers. The Galaxy Note series has always been limited to the five major carriers in the United States and we haven't heard or seen anything that hints at a big change this year.

Samsung's early Galaxy Note launch reeks of desperation but we're not sure how far that will extend. We'd welcome a widespread U.S. Galaxy Note 5 release but we wouldn't bet any money on it happening in August or ever.
