10 Things to Do Before Installing Galaxy A Android Pie

Samsung is rolling Android Pie out to the Galaxy A9, Galaxy A8, Galaxy A7, and Galaxy A6. If you own one of these devices you should start preparing for your upgrade right now.

Samsung started with the Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S8, and Galaxy Note 8, but Android Pie is starting to move out to mid-range devices like the Galaxy A series.

The Galaxy A Android Pie update is currently limited to the Galaxy A9 (2018), Galaxy A8 (2018), Galaxy A7 (2018), and Galaxy A6+ in select regions, but we expect the roll out to pickup speed as we push through the month.

The Galaxy A Pie update went through a short beta, but some of you are likely to encounter bugs and performance issues after upgrading to the new operating system. A little prep work will go a long way toward preventing major issues.
