4 Reasons Not to Pre-Order the iPhone X & 3 Reasons You Should

Wait if You're Concerned About iPhone X Problems
If you're concerned about potential iPhone X problems, either with the phone's hardware or its software, it might be a good idea to hold off on a pre-order. The iPhone X will run iOS 11 and Apple's new operating system has been extremely buggy for many users. Apple's iOS 11.1 update, which will probably power the iPhone X, will squash some glaring issues, but we expect the new version of iOS 11 to come with some bugs of its own. This is also a new iPhone we're talking about here. A new iPhone with new technology and a new design. What could go wrong? Answer: A lot. New iPhones almost always come with issues, just ask iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus users who encountered a bloated battery or a crackling earpiece. (The company fixed the crackling earpiece issue with an iOS 11 update.) And who could forget Antennagate and Bendgate? The iPhone X will almost certainly have issues and if you can't handle that, you might want to wait for Apple to fix them with iOS updates. (Note: Some of these issues might be covered in early iPhone X reviews, but more often than not, widespread problems emerge in the weeks after an iPhone's release.)
