4 Reasons Not to Install Galaxy Note 8 Pie & 12 Reasons You Should
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Pie update brings new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and other changes to the former flagship. And while most of you will probably want to install it right away, others might benefit from waiting a few hours, days, or even longer.
The Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie update is out of beta and it’s rolling out to select devices in select regions around the world. The roll out is happening in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. It’s also hitting devices in the United States.
AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon have all pushed the Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie update to their customers. It’s also rolling out to the unlocked Note 8 in the U.S.
If you downloaded the Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie beta or if you simply followed along, you know that the update comes with some huge changes. Among them, a brand new user interface called One UI.
One UI looks a lot different than the previous UI on Android Oreo (Samsung Experience) and it will take some getting used to. That said, the UI comes with some very useful features including a brand new Night Mode that will make the device’s screen easier on your eyes.
If you’re dealing with Android Oreo problems, there’s also a chance the update solves your issues. The Galaxy Note 8 Pie update went through a beta which helped Samsung squash a bunch of problems before the official release.
That said, Note 8 Pie users are complaining about various bugs and performance issues so you’ll want to approach the Pie upgrade with caution if you’re having a great experience on Android Oreo.
If you’re on the fence, allow us to walk you through the best reasons to, and not to, install the Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie update right now.
