If you're having an excellent experience on iOS 14.8 or older iOS software, and iOS 14.8.1's change log doesn't blow you away and/or you're nervous about it potentially hurting your iPhone's performance, you might want to wait. There's a lot to like about Apple's new software update, but the software is already causing problems for some iPhone users.
