Don't Wait If You Can't Wait Until October

We don't have any concrete dates yet, but you can expect the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro to arrive much later in the year. 

The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will likely arrive in October just like the company's Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro last year.

This is standard practice for Google and we don't expect it to deviate from an October launch, and release, in 2023.

The devices recently got certified at the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) which is a step in the right direction, but a launch is far from imminent.

If you own a really outdated smartphone, or you simply won't have the funds this fall, you may not want to wait that long to upgrade.
