KYOCERA DuraForce PRO
Kyocera has a pretty durable phone you might want to consider too. The DuraForce PRO features a MIL-STD 810 and IP68 rating for durability but sounds like it's more geared for the outdoors enthusiast than anything.
The DuraForce has three cameras. Two on the back with one that takes wide-angle photos, and a decent front-facing camera too. These are certified to work under water, and the phone even has a helmet mount on the back so it can double as a GoPro while you're hiking or hitting some bike trails.
Kyocera added a fingerprint scanner for improved security, and two huge front-facing speakers for improved audio. If you do need a phone for a construction site, you'll want to actually hear the person on the other end of the phone. This features an exceptionally loud speakerphone. There's also Push-to-talk to keep in contact with your team.
Oh, it's also Certified for use in hazardous locations where concentrations of flammable gas, vapors, or mists.
