Common Clash Royale Problems & How to Fix Them

A problem we keep seeing over and over again is regarding Clash Royale special offers. Users are spending $9.99 or even more to buy things, but getting nothing. This is a known glitch, and can't really be fixed by Supercell. 

Between banks, app stores and the in-game purchasing, sometimes things get lost. The developers track everything and know when we don't get what we paid for, just remember that. Typically gamers can expect to see a refund within 24-48 hours, or often within 1-2 hours. Then, just try to buy the special offer again. This was an issue with recent troop packs, like the Battle Ram, and it has since been fixed. 

Just know that if you buy a special offer and it doesn't come through, wait for a refund (which will be coming) and then try again. Supercell sees the problem and fixes it automatically. Or, players can contact Supercell using the in-game contact us form with additional information and refunds. Take screenshots for things like Star Levels or Legend trophies too.
