We don't expect Samsung to port the full Samsung Experience 9.0 UI over to the Galaxy Note 5. We would, however, expect a Galaxy Note 5 Oreo update, if there is one, to include most of Oreo's base-level features from Google. Samsung's Galaxy S8 Android Oreo update includes features Google Nexus and Pixel users got with Android 8.0 all the way back in 2017. These changes include Notification dots, Notification snoozing, Autofill, Adaptive Icons, improved copy and paste, and the emoji characters we told you about earlier.
