Speaking of the official iOS 13 release, you can expect it to take place this fall alongside Apple's new iPhones. 

Apple tends to keep its new iOS software in beta for several months as it works to eradicate bugs. It's also standard practice for the company to launch new iOS software alongside new hardware in the fall. This year shouldn't be any different. 

The company is reportedly cooking up three brand new iPhones for 2019. The 2019 iPhones will reportedly come with an array of upgrades as they take over the flagship reins for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. 

Apple almost always launches new iPhones in September ahead of Black Friday and the holidays and we aren't expecting anything different this time around. 

We expect Apple to confirm the new iPhones at an event in September and it's there that we'll get the official iOS 13 release date.

Look for iOS 13 to roll out to older iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models a few days before the new iPhones hit shelves.
