iPhone release date is typically a circus and we expect there to be lines outside Apple Stores and other retail locations on November 3rd.

Apple says it will have iPhone X stock available for walk up customers on November 3rd though it encourages customers to arrive early. We encourage the same. 

It's impossible to predict what kind of stock Apple and its partners will have on November 3rd so if you want a specific device, you'll want to show up early to increase your chances of getting the model you want. 

In years past, iPhone stock has been extremely uneven on launch day. Some stores might have a ton of one device and very little of another. 

If you're planning to head into a store on November 3rd, prepare for lines and potential heartbreak if you don't show up on time.
