LG V30 vs LG G6: What Buyers Need to Know

Last but not least, is the release date and price. The LG G6 arrived in March of this year for around $700. It's still a great phone that many will love. 

As for the LG V30, we're still not sure when you'll be able to buy one. So if you need a phone today, the LG G6 is a good choice. That said, LG announced the V30 on August 31st and we're hearing a date of September 28th or early October for availability. Can you wait a month?

All the upgrades and new features mean the price will increase too. And while LG usually undercuts the competition, there are a lot of expensive parts on this phone. Like the dual cameras or 6-inch curved OLED screen. We believe the LG will charge around $799-$829 for the LG V30. 

You'll be able to buy it on a monthly installment plan from most carriers in the United States though, so that shouldn't be too much of a concern. Just know the LG V30 is almost here, it will be expensive, but it'll probably be worth it.
