NHL 17 Release Date: 7 Things Gamers Need to Know

Play NHL 17 Early

One of the best things about EA Sports games is that you can play them early. This is in addition to the NHL 17 beta.

EA Access is available on Xbox One only, and it offers 10 hours of early play, five days before the NHL 17 release date. The Play First trial Trial of NHL 17 starts on September 8th, likely around 1 PM Eastern. 

You need to pay for access to EA Access, but even if you join up for one month in the fall you can try out a lot of the new sports games early.

There is no EA Access for PS4 and no PC NHL 17 release.
