One of the biggest new features in the watchOS 5 beta so far is the new Workout support. If you wan to test these out as you try different workouts, you can install the beta and get immediate access to these options.
This includes Automatic Workout detection, a new Yoga workout, hiking workouts and much more. You also get Pace alerts that will help you stay on track with the target pace you want to hit. Another cool new feature is Rolling Miles. This lets you see your current rolling mile speed at any time. Another new feature is Steps Per Minute, which will show your cadence while using the running workout. |
