Install for Cycle Tracking

The Apple Watch now supports Cycle Tracking on the Apple Watch. This allows you to track your menstrual cycle as part of your overall health. With the tracking, you can spot irregularities and share them with your doctor.

This is built-in to the Apple Watch with watchOS 6 and you can track start and end dates, flow, and symptoms like cramps or headaches with a tap on your watch. You'll see this information on your Apple Watch or in a new chart on your iPhone in the Health app.

With this set up and running, you can get an Apple Watch notification when a fertile window is about to start. You can pair this up with an ovulation prediction kit and basal body thermometer for more detailed predictions.

Apple warns, "Fertile window predictions should not be used as a form of birth control."
