These days it's all Samsung or Apple, with Google stealing the show on occasion. However, the last few LG phones have flown under the radar with some of the best cameras in the business, at least in the video department. The LG G8 didn't take the best photos or low-light photography, but videos were amazing, crisp, and smooth with some crazy image stabilization. With the all-new LG G9 in 2020 we're expecting four, yes 4, powerful cameras on the back including one that's a 5x periscope telephoto lens that'll do some crazy stuff. And while we don't have too much information yet, aside from this leaked photo clearly showing two big and two small cameras, plus the flash, it basically confirms LG will keep stride with Samsung, Huawei, and Apple by offering an array of cameras that all do something different to give users as many options as humanly possible. (The info below is just a guess)
You'll get a grain main camera, an awesome wide-angle (which LG's offered forever) not to mention a 3rd telephoto or Depth of field lens. Then, finally, a fourth sensor of some sort which could be the telephoto periscope camera. Additionally, a 5th camera is on the front for selfies and probably software face-unlock. | ||||||||||||
