So far every rumor we've heard for every big phone coming in 2019 has the same 2-3 important topics covered. Those being a bigger edge-to-edge display, multiple cameras, and fingerprint scanners inside the screen. Yes, the P30 and P30 Pro will ditch the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and put an optical or ultrasonic sensor under the screen.

We saw something similar in the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and we're expecting an even better system for the P30 in 2019.

This way you can naturally tap the screen to securely unlock your phone. We'll see this in almost every high-end phone throughout 2019. We're not 100% sure if they're using the same tech as Samsung's Galaxy S10, but it's likely. Either way, it'll be great.
