"Can I play the Oculus Quest with glasses?" is the first question I heard after showing it off. Yes, you can and there is a spacer included for this. 

The only real catch is that you need glasses that are 142mm wide or less and 50mm tall or less. Once you know that the glasses will fit you need to install the eyeglass spacer. 

This adds a little bit of room so that you can comfortably wear the Quest with glasses on. With the space installed and glasses that are the right size you can enjoy the same experience and you don't need to worry about your glasses scratching the lenses.
