This isn't just a gaming headset, you can also watch a movie or even Live TV in the Oculus Quest. Netflix, Sling and other apps let you sit on a virtual couch and watch a movie. You can even watch 3D movies on the Quest. 

You can watch solo if you want, or invite friends to join and sit next to you on the couch or in the theater to watch something together. Some of the apps even let you chat with the person you are watching with.

You can use your existing Netflix account or Sling TV account in the Quest. With the Oculus Gallery you can also connect to Dropbox or another service to start watching a video.
