iOS 12 Runs Better on the iPhone SE
If you're dealing with iOS 12 problems on the iPhone 5s or iOS 10 problems on the iPhone 5, it might be time to upgrade to the iPhone SE.
We continue to hear and see complaints from many iPhone 5s and iPhone 5 users, many of whom are running into debilitating performance issues.
Some devices aren't holding a proper battery charge. Some devices are lagging to the point that the phone becomes unusable. Apps are unstable. The list goes on.
We haven't noticed any abnormal battery drain and we've only seen minimal amounts of lag. It's comparable to iOS 12 on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 7.
This makes sense because the iPhone SE uses the same 64-bit A9 chip and M9 motion co-processor as the iPhone 6s.
If you want the best possible performance from a 4-inch iPhone, buy the iPhone SE.
