Are you over advanced movement and jetpacks? Have you been waiting for a new Call of Duty to take you back to boots on the ground combat? If Battlefield 1 doesn't quite scratch your first person shooter itch and you are a diehard Call of Duty fan, who plans to play Call of Duty: WWII to death then you should go ahead and buy the game. It took some adjusting from the run and gun and jump style of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, but after a week I was able to adapt to the slightly slower pace and not needing to always look up for an opponent. I do miss unlimited spring and the ability to dive, but Sledgehammer games did a good job of keeping a pretty fast pace while going back to boots on the ground. | |||||||||
