We should see some iPhone 8 deals emerge in September but these will most likely be trade-in deals where you exchange an old phone or a discount on the price of a new phone.
The best iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus deals probably won't emerge until much later in the year and we're real unlucky, next year. We could see some retailers offer discounts during Black Friday and the holidays but we don't expect many straight price cuts before that. If you aren't sold on the current pricing, and yes they're extremely expensive (the iPhone 8 starts at $700), hold off on a pre-order and wait for prices to drop. They will eventually.

I really hoped that they might reveal more information about iPhone 8, like ram capacity. However most of the rumors that were floating around over the past few days were true. I love the fact that they implemented Face ID and Wireless charging. I will wait a little bit longer for detailed reviews of iPhone X before I order it.
