With iOS 11 beta on board, Siri can translate English into Chinese, French, German, Italian or Spanish simply by using your voice. There are tons of voice translation tools on the App Store but many of them are expensive.

Siri will speak the translation and it'll also write it out the translation for you. Just make sure you have an internet connection there, or you won’t be able to use this feature.
