Wait If You Want a Budget iPad with a Big Display

If you aren't in love with the iPad mini 5's 7.9-inch display or the 2018 iPad's 9.7-inch screen, but don't want to invest in an iPad Pro, think about waiting for the 10.2-inch iPad.

The 10.2-inch iPad is expected to replace the 9.7-inch model and the screen size implies that the device will be slightly larger with a thinner bezel.

The added real estate will give you a little more room for gaming, drawing and writing with Apple's Pencil stylus (we assume this model will come with support for it), web browsing, watching movies, and whatever else it is you do on your tablet. And the screen bump should come without an added cost.

Apple's 9.7-inch iPad is positioned as a budget alternative to the iPad Pro and iPad Air lines and we expect the 10.2-inch model to do the same.

So if you want a big display, but can't or don't want to shell out for an Air or Pro model, think about waiting for the 10.2-inch iPad.
