If you don't know where to start you're in luck. We've put together a game plan that will take you through the steps we take before we install software updates on our phones.

Some of these steps will take a few seconds others will take you a lot longer. If you don't have a lot of time to commit to the pre-installation process just be sure you backup your files so that they're safe.

After updating my 6s Plus my Battery is at 88% within 10 minutes. When it reaches 40% it just droppes down in 10s till 5%. Put phone on charge in 5 to 10 minuets it’s charged to 40%… take it off charge it last 10min to empty again. Don’t know if I should reset my phone or wait for an update. I have tried hard boot but does not seem to help.
