Headspace is one of my favorite meditation apps, other people swear by it too, and it's a great tool to have on particularly turbulent flights or long hauls over continents and/or oceans. 

The Headspace app for iOS and Android features a variety of guided meditations that'll help you stay cool, calm, and collected if you start feeling anxious. 

It comes with daily meditations, mini meditations that are useful when you want to reset quickly, and there are even "SOS" meditation sessions that will help when you start feeling really uncomfortable. 

What I like about Headspace is that it's approachable and easy to use. You don't have to have any prior experience with meditation to get something out of it.
