You can spend $200 on a Surface Type Cover and a Surface Dial or you can buy the Logitech Craft. This desktop keyboard has a knob that lets you change settings and navigate Windows 10 without moving your mouse.
The Logitech Craft keyboard comes in black with silver trim. It's a full-size keyboard, so you get a number pad and a full row of function keys at your desk. Each key has a dimple for comfortable typing and LEDs behind each key's surface let you see what you are typing in the dark. Logitech includes a wireless USB receiver, but you can use Bluetooth technology to connect the keyboard to your Surface Pro instead.
Whatever app you are in, the Logitech Craft keyboard's dial provides a tactile way of changing settings. Inside Photoshop, use the knob on the keyboard's top edge to quickly zoom in or zoom out. OneNote and other apps use this dial to change pen tip size and ink color as you draw. If you find an app or program that doesn't have a preset, you can create your own shortcuts in the Windows 10 Settings app.
The Logitech Craft keyboard costs $199.99 at Amazon. For comparison, Microsoft charges $100 for just a Surface Dial.
