Since being released nearly two years ago Clash Royale has changed a lot. Multiple game updates added new features, more troops, 2v2 clan battles and more. As the next Clash Royale update nears in 2018 here’s what we want and expect to see next. Including an “end game” strategy sometime this year.
The developers at Supercell have made changes based on feedback since the game first arrived. Including some pretty massive updates in October and December of last year. With tons of new modes, challenges, and quests, what’s coming next?
Royale is one of the most balanced and fine-tuned games on the market, but there is always room for improvement. From new troops, better balance, and new game modes to make it more exciting. We’ve seen the company add quests and try new things, but we still want more. Here’s what we want next from Clash Royale.
Every month or two the developers release updates and fix things. From new cards, legendary troops, game balances, and even a way to get rid of cheaters. Supercell is one of the best developers when it comes to updates. Which means you know more are coming soon. The December update was big, but something bigger is on the horizon.
Tournaments are never used and challenges took their place. A few comments from the dev team suggested challenges would be a blast, and they are. They added tons of game modes, different 2v2 battles, mirror modes and more.
When it comes to playing Clash Royale you need a good strategy. Players get the same amount of Elixir to use troops and attack their enemy. It’s all about being strategic, fast to react, and keeping track of your Elixir. In the end, the goal is to have a good trade-off and outmaneuver your opponent. Then, take down a tower or two for the win.
There are multiple ways to win and countless different deadly and powerful decks. That said, everyone uses the same few decks. Look for new ways to win, some new troops like the Flying Machine, and new game modes. Everyone plays different, and each user has unique strengths and weaknesses, as do certain troops. Which what makes the game fun. Not everyone will agree with what’s detailed below, but for the most part, they’d be a welcomed addition to Clash Royale. I’d go as far as to say these changes need to happen sometime in 2018. Or change something drastically for the better.
Our slideshow below goes over a few awesome changes, new troops, or features we’d like to see come in the next few Clash Royale updates now that 2018 is here. Get ready for the Royal Ghost, more game modes, new quests, and hopefully some new emotes later this year. Yes, the team still wants to add more emotes on top of the end-game communication.
