Talk to Your iPhone Instead of Typing

Even if you don't like using Siri, you can benefit from talking to your iPhone. instead of typing responses to texts or emails, you can use dictation. This even works with punctuation and does a decent job of using proper names. 

It's a very handy way to send long texts when you are walking or when it's hard to spend much time typing on your phone. Just look for the microphone icon on your keyboard and tap on it. 

After you speak your message you can tap on the keyboard icon and then you can start typing again. You can also tap on underlined words to auto correct them to the right phrase or word without deleting and typing again.
