Thematic and Practical is a new Fallout 4 mod that delivers some new objects to use in your settlement Workshop. Currently, the mod features two themes, Scavenger and Trading Emporium. Both add new objects including beds, tables, new meshes for stores, new walls, new foundations, and more. The Trading Emporium items are excellent for storefronts inside your various settlements. The canopies in particular are excellent. If you're looking for a few more items for your settlements, try this mod.
