A player home and settlement that's centered around an airship. To build the airship you must obtain the Airship schematics from Proctor Quinlan aboard the Prydwen. Once you obtain those, you build the airship at Spectacle Island. Once it's built, you can travel around the map and even take out a personal vertibird if the situation calls for it.
