We always felt like it was odd that Bethesda failed to add a pair of binoculars to the vanilla version of Fallout 4. No matter, mods have done the job. PreWar Binoculars adds a pair of binoculars to the game which means you can now scout our friends and foes from a distance. The binoculars come with some amazing attachments including four magnification options (2x, 4x, 6x, and 8x), a recon module that allows you to tag enemies from a distance, a lighter build that cuts down on their weight, and even night vision for those that like to stalk enemies at night. As far as finding them, they will drop around the Commonwealth. You can also find them at gun dealers or in Mayor McDonough's office.
