The other weapon mod is the OTs-33 "Pernach", a Russian machine pistol that features a powerful automatic firing ability. More on the history of the gun right here. This is a secondary weapon but don't be fooled. It can mow through Gunners and Ghouls with ease. The gun spits out .38 caliber ammo. Like the rifles, the OTs-33 comes with custom sounds, animations and some optional modifications if you want to switch things up a little bit.
This pistol is a little easier to find.
