Abernathy Farm Overhaul

The Abernathy Farm is one of the first settlements you come across when you first emerge from Vault 111. It's located near Red Rocket and Sanctuary Hills. 

The Abernathy family's settlement is nice but modest. If you want something a little more robust and you don't want to do the heavy lifting, take a look at this mod. 

Abernathy Farm Overhaul does exactly that. It overhauls the Abernathy Farm and transforms it into a magnificent settlement complete with a tower high in the sky. 

There's a terrace for farming, a new building that sits atop the house that comes with the vanilla version of the settlement, and an impressive tower that comes with two functioning lifts that will take your character to the top. 

It's a neat lookout and a great place to pickoff any enemies that come near your new and improved settlement. 

Like many of the mods here, this is available for both PS4 and Xbox One.
