FreeCrafter removes the material and perk requirements from the game's workbenches. It also has several notable features including one for the popular ballistic weave.

With this mod installed you no longer have to acquire perks or materials for items you build at the game's various workbenches. This includes Cooking Stations, the Chemistry Workbench, the Armor Workbench, the Weapons Workbench, the Power ArmorWorkbench, the Robot Workbench and, the Nuka Mixer Workbench.

If you don't have the Fallout 4 DLC installed there's also a base model that doesn't include the Robot Workbench or the Nuka Mixer Workbench. 

On top of that, the mod also removes the quest and affinity requirements for ballistic weave, faction and rank specific Power Armor paints, and the discovery requirement for items like Buzzard Bites and Hallucigen Gas Grenades.

It's perfect for a second play through or for someone that doesn't have a ton of time to spend unlocking all of these recipes.
