The 9x39 Project is another favorite from Fallout 4. If you've haven't tried it yet, the 9x39 Project delivers two special issue rifles straight from the Soviet Union: The AS VAL and VSS. The modder has done both of them justice from a design standpoint and each comes with custom sounds, tons of customization, and a ton of firepower.
