The Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie update might start rolling out in February, but even if Samsung is able to hit the target date, it won't hit every model next month.
If you own a Galaxy Note 8 on a popular carrier in a major market, you'll likely be first to the update. In the beginning, Samsung typically focuses on bigger markets like the United States, South Korea, and select markets in Europe. The company's Android update roll outs usually start in those regions before they moves onto smaller markets.
So if you own a Galaxy Note 8 in a smaller region or a smaller carrier, you might be waiting a lot longer than some of your friends. We expect the Galaxy Note 8 Android Pie update's roll out to extend into the summer.

There’s absolutely nothing of substance in this article. Simply admit you know nothing about the contents or release date of the update.
