Be sure to check your account to ensure you're in good standing and eligible for an upgrade.

Checking your upgrade status is extremely easy and it will only take you a few minutes. To check your upgrade status, login into your account at AT&T, Sprint, T-M0bile, Verizon (or whatever carrier you're on) and take a look. 

If you'd rather speak to someone you can also call your carrier's customer service line and confirm your status with a customer service representative. If you plan to call, we recommend doing it today.
