Madden 16 Passing Upgrades

Madden 16 Passing Upgrades

When it comes to offense, Madden 16 delivers huge upgrades to the passing game. Here are important upgrades to Madden 16 passing gameplay for quarterbacks and receivers.

In Madden 16 the quarterback can use body relative throws to lead tall receiver above a defender or to put the ball low for a perfectly positioned catch in clutch time.

Receivers also gain an upgrade with three new catching modes to play with. When catching you can hold a different button to change the type of catch you need. With protection catches you can increase the chance of catching the ball, but you won't be set up for additional yards. The RAC or Run After Catch will put your receiver in position to turn the catch upfield to add yards. Finally the Aggressive catch will go big when you need to get separation and make a stretch to catch.

Watch the Madden 16 passing upgrades in the video above to see how these different upgrades look and what you need to press to catch the ball. This is closer to the Madden 16 gameplay that we are looking for.
