Metal Gear Solid 5 for Last-Gen is Cheaper

A quick note about the Metal Gear Solid 5 price for PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360.

While the Standard Edition for current generation consoles and Windows PC will cost $60 full price, the versions for the Xbox 360 and PS3 will be a little cheaper.

Retailers like Amazon and Gamestop are charging $50 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. This doesn't come as much of a surprise.

While it's easy to dismiss the last-generation versions of the game, it's worth noting that the game looks really really good on Xbox 360 and PS3. At least in the screenshots that Konami shared ahead of the game's release date.

There will be differences, sure, but it looks like the company and Hideo Kojima's development team didn't skimp on Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.
