We saw Bixby Vision with the Galaxy S8 and Note 8, but Samsung's pushing it pretty hard with the Galaxy S9 too. Basically, the camera is capable of doing some pretty amazing things.
When you open the Galaxy S9 camera and turn on Bixby (the little eyeball) your phone can do some special stuff. Not only can it find items and tell you information, translate stuff in real-time, or scan barcodes, but it can count calories for food you're about to eat. You can even test out different furniture for your house, makeup on your face, or find information about a nearby landmark. It's not the Google Assistant or Google Lens, but it's pretty close. Samsung's Bixby is slowly but surely getting smarter by the day. |
